What Finished. collects

When you use Finished., you may enter names, dates, addresses, messages, schedules, business information, and other content needed to create a document. You may also provide contact information when you contact support or place an order.

Finished. also receives basic technical and usage information such as page visits, search activity, product opens, preview actions, checkout intent, referral information, and campaign parameters. Our storefront telemetry is designed not to include the body text of your documents.

How document content is handled

Before checkout, your document content is used to render the live preview and watermarked preview PDF. At checkout, Finished. encrypts the document configuration before attaching it to the Shopify order.

Finished. currently does not maintain a separate customer document-content database. Encrypted order configuration and paid-download tokens may contain the information required to reconstruct your purchased document. Service providers may retain transaction, delivery, security, or email logs according to their own policies.

Payments and orders

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. Finished. does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Shopify provides Finished. with order details needed to fulfill the purchase, including the products purchased, customer contact details, payment status, and encrypted Finished. configuration.

Email delivery and support

Finished. uses Resend to send transactional emails such as paid-download delivery messages and to forward messages submitted through the support form. Email delivery records may be processed and retained by Resend as part of providing that service.

Cookies, storage, and attribution

Finished. may use browser storage to keep short-lived session information such as advertising attribution and in-progress bundle configuration. Campaign attribution can be carried into an order so Finished. can understand which marketing efforts produced a purchase.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

How information is used

We use information to operate the document builder, generate previews and paid files, process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent abuse, measure site performance, improve products, and understand marketing effectiveness.

Service providers

Finished. relies on service providers including Vercel for hosting, Shopify for commerce and payments, Resend for transactional email, and other infrastructure or analytics providers that may be added as the service develops. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services under their own terms and privacy practices.

Data choices and requests

You may contact Finished. through the support page to ask about personal information associated with an order or support request, request correction, or request deletion where applicable. Some transaction records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.

Children

Finished. is a general-audience service and is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Finished. adds features, providers, or legal requirements. The date shown on this page reflects the latest posted version.
