Using Finished.

Finished. provides guided tools for creating documents from information you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you enter and for reviewing the finished document before relying on it.

Previews and paid files

Free browser and PDF previews are watermarked and are provided so you can review the layout before purchase. A clean, non-watermarked digital file is a paid deliverable and is made available only after a verified paid order.

License to use purchased documents

After payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the purchased finished document for your lawful personal or business purposes. You may print, distribute, display, or use the completed document as reasonably required for its intended purpose.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, scrape, or package Finished. templates, style systems, source code, catalog data, or builder assets as a competing template or document-generation service.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant Finished. and its service providers the limited rights needed to process that content to generate previews, fulfill orders, deliver files, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

No legal, tax, medical, or professional advice

Finished. documents are general-purpose document and design tools. Unless a product expressly states otherwise, Finished. does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, safety-code, or other licensed professional advice.

Signs, checklists, forms, policies, notices, and similar documents must be reviewed for the rules that apply to your location, organization, industry, property, or situation.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or remove products, styles, features, prices, or fulfillment methods. We may refuse or cancel use that appears fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or technically harmful.

Third-party services

Finished. uses third-party services such as Vercel, Shopify, and Resend. Your use of payment or other third-party functionality may also be subject to those providers' terms.

Disclaimers

Finished. is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every document will be suitable for every jurisdiction, printer, device, organization, or use case. You are responsible for final review, printing choices, and compliance with requirements that apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finished. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any direct liability relating to a paid order will be limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
